PyTorch 模型参数可视化

最近在分析不同的数据类型在深度学习过程中的应用,看CUDA的doc发现有篇文章是关于FP16数据类型对模型训练,达到节省带宽和内存的目的。基于数据模型的精度损失问题,需要分析模型参数的数值分布规律,做到量化和缩放操作避免损失模型精度。此文用来使用jupyter notebook 和matplotlib 可视化模型参数的具体过程。

本文以Resnet50和Mobilenet 网络为例,这两个都是常用的CNN网络,一般用来作为benchmark的baseline,模型结果相对简单,参数不算太多,适合做量化分析,从整体上大致掌握数值的分布规律。

注意上图Y轴数量级(10e6),由于参数数量级较大,横轴值的分布较为集中, 大都分布在0左右, 极值范围在[-1, 1.5]。也可以只打印部分数值分析。
